How Do You Know Who Is a Simaris Target in Warframe

I am planning to grind on simaris standing and would similar to know, is there a way to concord downwardly the synthesis target without the kinetic siphon trap? Like a frame ability?
Edit: Thanks for your replies. I was ignorant and didn't know that stealth browse using Simaris scanner would give large plenty continuing points. But fyi, the faster way of grinding Simaris standing is to do stealth scans on high level missions, with a stealth frame like Loki or Ivara.
But to answer your question, the wiki does mention Limbo's stasis:
Limbo tin freeze them with his Stasis, and and then scan them while they are in the Rift.

Easiest style to cap daily simaris standing is to:

go to any higher level Extermination mission with a stealth frame like Ivara/Loki (first mission in Kuva Fortress is ideal for this)

do not kill annihilation, just stay in stealth and go deeper into the map

at some point mobs will start running towards extraction signal, follow them

near extraction point, while notwithstanding in stealth, scan mobs that run towards you lot, kill them, look for the next wave, repeat.
one high level mission mission is plenty to cap simaris standing at MR 26 if you do stealth scans. Ivara built for perma stealth is perfect for this. With Loki you need to be bit more than creative.

I do non know much nigh simaris standing. I usually select targets with him and search for those. Do random stealth scans increment simaris points ?

No, I believe they are similar capture targets, immune to frame abilities.
That said, if yous hit them with cold damage from a weapon and it's hits with the status effects, it will slow them down. So gear a gun with 100% status adventure, cold impairment and every bit long a condition duration as you can, but with minimal actual damage
